Appointment Policy

Changing Appointments: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  Absolutely no penalty applies to appointment changes made 48 business hours in advance.

Late Arrival: If you arrive later than your appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule the appointment or you may be asked to wait longer than usual. Our team will do our best to complete all services, but if time constraints exist, some services may need to be rescheduled for a later date. This ensures that we meet our patient’s expectations and remain on schedule.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments:  We understand that circumstances arise that may prevent you from keeping your reserved time. Failed appointments affect the time we are able to offer those who may be in urgent need of care.  Because last minute cancellations and no shows do not allow us to fill that time there will be a $50 fee added to your account.  Additionally, after two missed appointments, there will be a $100 nonrefundable deposit that will be collected at the time of scheduling.  After three (3) no shows or late cancellations, your account will be reviewed by the doctor for non-compliance or dismissal.
