Appointment Policy

We are very pleased that you have chosen our practice as your dental care provider. We are committed to providing you and your family with a wonderful dental experience and superior dental treatment.

Confirming Your Appointment:

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, therefore we do require all appointments to be confirmed at least three days prior to your visit. If an appointment is not confirmed by this time, it may be offered to another patient who is waiting to get in.

Late Arrival:

If you arrive later than your appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule the appointment, or you may be asked to wait longer than usual. Our team will do our best to complete all services but if time constraints exist, some services may need to be rescheduled for a later date. This ensures that we meet our patient’s expectations and remain on schedule.

Missed or Canceled Appointments:

We understand that circumstances arise that may prevent you from keeping your reserved time. Failed appointments affect the time we are able to offer those who may be in urgent need of care. Because cancellations with less than 48 hours notice as well as no shows affect our ability to help other patients, we do require 48 hours notice to avoid a $50 missed appointment fee. Additionally, after two missed appointments there will be a $100 nonrefundable deposit that will be collected at the time of scheduling. After three (3) no shows or late cancellations your account will be reviewed by the doctor for non-compliance or dismissal.
