Doug loves being part of a great team and building lasting relationships with his patients. He brings a calm, down-to-earth presence to the office and is always ready to support both teammates and patients. Outside the practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and makes the most of his free time hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Liz loves helping patients feel better and regain their confidence, which makes her work especially meaningful. She brings a positive, supportive energy to the team and helps create a caring atmosphere in the office. Outside of work, she’s one of ten siblings, treasures time with her family, and is passionate about photography.

Bella loves being part of a team she can truly rely on, creating a collaborative and supportive environment each day. She’s detail-oriented and uses that strength to provide thoughtful, personalized care to every patient she meets. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and parents and has a deep fascination with human anatomy and psychology.

Elaina loves being around people and helping wherever she can, which makes her a warm and welcoming presence in the office. She brings a team-first mindset and is always ready to step in when a coworker needs support. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with video games and is especially passionate about being a mom.

Ellie loves the positive energy in the office and appreciates coworkers who make each day enjoyable. She’s a natural multitasker who thinks creatively to support both patients and the team, all while gaining hands-on experience in dentistry as she attends hygiene school. Outside of work, she enjoys art, hiking, and planning her wedding—often with an iced hazelnut shaken espresso in hand.

Latavia is a detail-driven admin professional who brings a fast-paced, organized background from executive assistant work in Chicago. She loves the logistics side of keeping things running smoothly and she’s happiest when she gets to see patients leave with a real smile. Outside of work, she’s passionate about social justice and equal access to resources, and she’s always down for good food, time with family and friends, and a great show to watch.

Vivi brings a steady, positive energy to the team. She’s the kind of person who sees challenges as opportunities and looks for solutions instead of focusing on the negative. She loves the relationships she’s building with coworkers and appreciates the little things that make work feel fun (including treats from referral offices). Outside of work, she’s all about wellness Pilates, sunshine, water, and learning more about the planet and she’s visited nearly every state.

Kailee is a patient coordinator who loves the supportive, easygoing team environment at Hudsonville Dental. She says everyone meshes well and makes the day better. She was inspired to join dentistry after growing up seeing how a caring dental assistant could make appointments something to look forward to. Outside of work, she’s all about her people and loves spending time with family and friends especially FaceTiming her nephew on breaks.

Elizabeth loves meeting patients and building lasting relationships, finding real joy in the connections she makes. She’s always dreamed of working in dentistry and brings a true “get it done” attitude that helps keep the day running smoothly. Outside the office, she stays happily busy with her family and her flock of more than 100 chickens.

Naomi brings a highly organized, detail-focused approach to the team, always keeping supplies in order and the workspace spotless. She values precision and cleanliness in everything she does. Outside the office, she loves soaking up sunshine and has a passion for finding unique antique and vintage pieces.

Tacarra was drawn to dental assisting so she could support patient care and help people leave feeling confident and cared for. She brings a warm, compassionate presence to the office and stays grounded and motivated by time with her son. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through sports, traveling, and taking in art and music.

Viri loves working alongside people who take pride in their work and truly care about what they do. She brings strong technical skill to the team, including designing same-day crowns on the mill, and enjoys seeing immediate, visible results for patients. Outside of work, she spends her time running, being outdoors, and hanging out with her dogs.

Andrea is a dental assistant at Hudsonville Dental who’s known for her friendly, can-do attitude and the calm confidence she brings to patient visits. She’s especially skilled with our in-house crown mill, helping make same-day crowns possible for many patients. Outside of the office, Andrea’s always up for learning new things and jumping in wherever the team needs her most.

Sherry is a dental assistant with a deep background in dentistry, bringing decades of experience and a special focus in surgical procedures like implants, all-on-four, and full mouth extractions. Her own smile transformation early on inspired her to enter the field she loves helping others gain the same confidence. Outside of work, Sherry is a proud wife, mom, and grandma who enjoys traveling, shopping, and golfing just for fun.

Lindsey is a caring team member who loves getting to support patients who are excited about the end results of their treatment. Inspired by a hygienist who made the dentist a positive experience when she was younger, she brings that same warmth and encouragement to the people she helps now. What she enjoys most is sharing the workday with coworkers who make it genuinely fun.

Elaine loves her amazing team and is motivated by helping kids feel confident and positive about dentistry. Outside the office, she enjoys getting her nails done, never turns down coffee, and loves diving into a good book.

Samantha loves working alongside friendly coworkers who help create a warm, welcoming office. She’s motivated by helping people feel comfortable and confident in their smiles and brings strong communication skills to the team. Outside the office, she appreciates a good workday and enjoys spending time with her friends and her large family of seven siblings.

Jason enjoys working alongside people he genuinely likes and values the strong sense of teamwork in the office. He’s driven by the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, both through clinical care and everyday interactions. Outside of work, he loves golfing and keeps up with the Detroit Lions and Red Wings whenever he can.

Allison loves working in pediatrics and building trust with kids who may feel nervous, helping guide them through appointments so they leave smiling. She brings strong organization and attention to detail to every visit, keeping things smooth and comfortable for patients. Outside the office, she enjoys being on the water with her husband and family, especially soaking up summer days on the boat.

Beth loves caring for the longtime patients she’s known for nearly four decades while also welcoming new faces each day. Inspired by a gentle hygienist who once taught her how to care for her own teeth, she now brings that same calm, patient approach to everyone she treats. Outside the office, she’s known for a fun party trick—bending her fingers at the first knuckle—that kids love, and she truly cherishes when patients or parents thank her for the care and education she provides.

Bonny values working in a trusted dental home where patients can rely on consistent, quality care. She brings strong instrumentation skills, a passion for education, and a focus on positive outcomes to every visit. Outside of work, she enjoys taking her dog for walks and has participated in multiple mission trips that reflect her heart for service.

Cassie is a hygienist who loves being part of a great team that keeps the day flowing smoothly and makes work enjoyable. She brings a calm, energetic, and empathetic presence to every appointment, helping patients feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Outside the office, she’s a proud sports mom who grows beautiful dahlias and can often be found cheering on her kids at Rangers travel soccer, basketball, and gymnastics events.

Debora loves seeing patients she’s come to know as friends over her more than 30 years in dentistry. She brings strong time-management skills and a genuine passion for helping people understand the connection between a healthy mouth and a healthy body. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking with her husband, relaxing with a good book, and watching her two cats play.

Jessica treasures the relationships she’s built with patients and the coworkers she works closely with, especially in blended general and pediatric care. She’s a natural multitasker who keeps things organized, manages the details, and helps the day run smoothly while making patients feel comfortable. Outside the office, she’s often found with an iced coffee in hand, spending time with her pets, or planning her next hiking or camping trip to a national park or new country.

Kay loves helping both kids and adults feel confident about themselves and their smiles. She brings strong communication skills to the team and has a natural ability to connect with just about anyone, helping patients feel welcome and understood. Outside the office, she enjoys sharing laughs and spending cherished time with her five grandkids—especially when she’s not off traveling.

Sarah loves working alongside a kind, compassionate team and appreciates how dentistry can create an immediate, visible difference for patients. She brings a detail-oriented, artistic eye and a caring approach that helps people feel truly seen and comfortable, especially those who’ve felt unsure about their smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys time with family, summer adventures, concerts, travel, and trying new restaurants—and once even won a sweepstakes trip to LA that landed her on a couple of TV shows.
